THE ENERGY CHANNEL Classes

attainable and effective classes for all fitness levels

MATTE

Our signature, full-body matte class designed to create lean muscles and a balanced body by utilizing lightweights, body resistance, and heavy repetition. This non-impact workout fuses elements of yoga, Pilates, ballet, and traditional weight training to deliver a unique, dynamic, safe, and fun workout!

BARRE

Our signature, full-body barre class designed to create lean muscles and a balanced body by utilizing lightweights, body resistance, and heavy repetition. The non-impact workout fuses elements of yoga, Pilates, ballet and traditional weight training to deliver a unique, dynamic, safe, and fun workout! Upper bodywork is carried out on the matte while leg and seat work are completed at the ballet barre.

ARMS, ABS, BACK

Tone every inch of the upper body through targeted, matte-based exercises focusing on opening the tight areas of the core, chest, and back while strengthening the weaker areas. 

LOVE YOUR LEGS

Tone every inch of the lower body through targeted, matte-based exercises focusing on opening the tight areas of the core, hips, and butt while strengthening the weaker areas. 

CARDIO REMIX

Our signature, full-body classes REMIXED with sporadic cardio bursts to increase sweat, swagger, and calorie burn. This moderate-impact workout fuses elements of yoga, Pilates, ballet, and traditional weight training paired with dance inspiration and heightened movement to deliver a unique, energetic, dynamic, safe, and fun workout!

CARDIO BURST

Twenty minutes of high-energy cardio. You will elevate your heart rate, get in a healthy sweat, increase your daily steps and increase your calorie burn in just 20 minutes!  This is a great workout to complement any of our toning videos. Sneakers are required. 

TRICEPS AND BACK

Create a strong and sexy upper body. Defining your back and triceps through highly repetitious movements using light weights and body resistance. You are certain to see and feel the difference! 

BUTT & LEGS @ THE BARRE

Lift and tone your butt and legs with both strengthening and stretching exercises performed entirely at the barre. You will create long, lean muscles with the focus on controlled and targeted movements. 

INNER THIGHS AND OBLIQUES

This class will pull in your waistline, lengthen, and strengthening your lower back and flatten your lower abs all while toning and leaning out your inner thighs. You will perform high repetitions bringing your body to exhaustion using light weights and body resistance. 

20-MINUTE HIIT

Twenty minutes of high-energy cardio alternating between periods of short, intense, toning exercise. You are sure to sweat, shake and burn!
