THE ENERGY CHANNEL’S STRONG MAMA program is The Energy Barre’s on-demand prenatal and postpartum fitness program designed to fit any busy lifestyle COMPLETE with guidance to help you ACHIEVE your health and wellness goals. We pride ourselves on our pregnancy-safe fitness, and hope you will incorporate these workouts into your pregnancy journey!

We have created three packages to SUPPORT YOU THROUGH PREGNANCY AND POSTPARTUM RECOVERY


the prenatal & Postpartum package

Our Prenatal and Postpartum Package is our 12-month fitness program including the Prenatal 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester, as well as Postpartum recovery and rebuilding phases. You will have access to 22 safe and effective workouts that will support you through your pregnancy and the stages of recovery after.

This package begins on the date of purchase and concludes at the completion of 52 weeks.

This program can be purchased with one payment of $200; or by splitting it into four payments using the quarterly AUTO-PAY commitment of $55/quarter ($220).

THE PRENATAL PACKAGE

Our Prenatal Package is our 10-month prenatal fitness program including the Prenatal 2nd and 3rd trimester workouts. You will have access to 12 safe and effective workouts that will support you through your pregnancy and can be revisited during your recovery. 

This package begins on the date of purchase and concludes at the completion of 40 weeks.

This program can be purchased for one payment of $145.

The POSTPARTUM PACKAGE

Our Postpartum Package is our 5-month prenatal fitness program including the postpartum recovery and rebuilding phases. You will have access to 8 workouts total. The first 4 videos will give you the tools and support needed to reconnect and heal your body through the recovery phase, the remaining 4 workouts take you into the rebuilding phase, increasing the physical challenge while still honoring the changes happening in your body. All 8 videos are intended to be revisited again and again as you develop a strong relationship with your new body!

This package begins on the date of purchase and concludes at the completion of 20 weeks.

This purchase can be purchased for one payment of $85.

A NOTE FOR MAMA

What can I tell you about prenatal and postpartum fitness? I can tell you that it is essential. I can tell you that it will positively contribute to your physical, mental, and emotional health. I can also tell you that a prenatal and postpartum fitness routine will look and feel different, from mama to mama, from pregnancy to pregnancy. Having worked together for years on program development within The Energy Barre studios, and now for the budding lifespan of The Energy Channel, Liz and I were thrilled to put together a prenatal and postpartum fitness program that can be accessed by any mama, anywhere. Collectively we have carried four children, each pregnancy unique in its own right, yet made similar by the approach to fitness throughout that precious time. What we have put together comes with no promises other than a safe, sustainable, and enjoyable approach to prenatal and postpartum fitness. We encourage you to move daily, to listen to your body and respect the demand that it is enduring while growing and caring for a baby. Know that sometimes you must press pause for a moment, and sometimes for a few days. This program is designed to be here for you, not the other way around. Take care of yourself, take care of your baby, and allow others to take care of you, too. We are honored to be a part of this journey with you. This time is short, and it should be sweet.
